SAP-DOT Evaluations, PLLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through sapdotevaluations.com and our text messages, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use our form we collect your name, mobile number, and the answers you choose (type of violation, the kind of work you do, and your timeline). We also record how you found us (for example, an ad campaign or search term) and basic technical information like your browser and pages visited.
Clinical information you share during a SAP evaluation is not collected through this website. It is handled under our clinical confidentiality practices and the requirements of 49 CFR Part 40.
How we use it
- To text or call you about your request and help you schedule a discovery call.
- To send you follow-up messages about the SAP program until you book, reply, or opt out.
- To understand which of our ads and pages are helpful, so we can improve them.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this website, our customer relationship and texting system (Zuops), and analytics or advertising tools (such as Google and Meta). They process your information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We never contact your employer about your inquiry. Information about your SAP evaluation goes only to your employer's designated representative as required by DOT rules, once you are a client.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. Reply HELP for help. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about your inquiry by texting or calling (803) 627-2401 or emailing Jkirwin9@gmail.com.
Cookies and ad measurement
We may use cookies and similar tools from Google and Meta to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. Some of these tools may receive a hashed (scrambled) version of contact details to match conversions. You can limit this through your browser and ad settings.
